Only certified organic walnut halves/quarters sourced from India and Chile.  They are pre-soaked in Celtic-salt water up to 12 hours and dehydrated for atleast 72 hours at 115 degrees to neutralize the enzyme inhibitors and phytic acid leaving them light, crispy, easy to digest, and full of raw ,active enzymes and nutrients.  No added salt or oils.  See the "Nutrition" tab below for nutritional information.

Nate's sprouted, organic walnuts are strong in flavor and nutrition! They are food for the brain since they are particularly high in healthy omega-3 fatty acids compared to other nuts as well as 4.5 grams of protein per ounce. Omega-3 fatty acids can oxidize easily so walnuts should not be exposed long to open air or too much heat. They are best kept always sealed and refrigerated after opening.
