Only certified organic walnut halves/quarters. Our sprouted walnuts are pre-soaked in Celtic-salt water for 12 hours and dehydrated for at least 72 hours at 115 degrees. This process reduces the enzyme inhibitors and phytic acid leaving them light, crispy, easy to digest, and full of raw, active enzymes and nutrients.
