Nate’s Sprouted Trail Mix improves this classic snack to pack every handful with the more nutrients, easier digestion, and great taste than any raw or roasted mix. This mix is particularly high in protein, iron, and magnesium! Since raw or roasted nuts and seeds contain high levels of phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors, much of the nutrient content is unavailable to absorb and even causes your body to lose some nutrients! By pre-soaking and dehydrating all of the nuts and seeds over a 3-4 day period, the enzymes and nutrients are activated and increased making them available and easier to digest.
