A mix of organic Spanish almonds, organic walnuts, Texas pecans, organic Brazil Nuts, and organic pumpkin seeds. Pre-soaked in pink Himalayan salt water for 12 hours and dehydrated for at least 72 hours at 115 degrees F which reduces phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors, leaving the nuts with active enzymes, high bioavailability of nutrients and a great crunch!  Try them warmed up for even more flavor!

This was the very first for Nate’s Raw Harvest! I made this spiced mix along with the Mixed Nuts - Original Blend as my snack when I was a personal trainer. I shared them with my clients and told them about the benefits of soaking, sprouting, and the use of spices for health benefits. Cinnamon and Cayenne are heat-activated spices meaning their flavor really comes out when they are warmed up! Try them in plain yogurt, oatmeal, shakes and smoothies, or just right out of the bag.
