A mix of organic Spanish almonds, organic walnuts, Texas pecans, organic Brazil Nuts, and organic pumpkin seeds. Pre-soaked in pink Himalayan salt water up to 12 hours and dehydrated for atleast 72 hours at 115 degrees F which neutralizes the enzyme inhibitors and leaves a nutrient dense nut with active enzymes and a great crunch! Organic cinnamon and cayenne boosts metabolism, help offset blood-sugar fluctuations, and may decrease risk of digestive cancers. Try them warmed up for even more flavor! This was the very first for Nate’s Raw Harvest! I made this spiced mix along with the Mixed Nuts - Original Blend as my snack when I was a personal trainer. I shared them with my clients and told them about the benefits of soaking, sprouting, and the use of spices for health benefits. Cinnamon and Cayenne are both metabolic boosters (thermogenic). Cinnamon can help offset blood-sugar fluctuations and cayenne may decrease the risk of digestive cancers. They are also heat activated spices meaning their flavor really comes out when they are warmed up! Try them in plain yogurt, oatmeal, shakes and smoothies, or just right out of the bag.
