Our sprouted, organic cashews are pre-soaked in a Celtic Salt-water solution for 6 hours and then gently dehydrated for three days. The sprouting process neutralizes the phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors which creates more bioavailable nutrients and easier digestion. A great source for protein, magnesium, and iron!.
