The Texas pecans are pre-soaked in sea salt water for 12 hours and dehydrated at 115 degrees for 72 hours so that the enzymes are activated and the nutrients are higher and easier to digest. After that I add raw honey, organic cinnamon, pure organic vanilla extract, and pink Himalayan salt. Perfect, if you're in the mood for a smooth nut-butter as a dessert or addition to your fruits, veggies, oatmeal, or pancakes.
